the Borkenstein Course is held LODGING:
Lodging for the Borkenstein Course is on-campus in the first-class Biddle Hotel operated within the Indiana Memorial Union – the world’s first and largest student union complex. The Course is conveniently held in the Frangipani Room located in the Indiana Memorial Union. The Biddle Hotel features: Internet access and a computer lab, front door service from the Indianapolis International Airport provided by the Bloomington Shuttle, free local phone calls, in-room movies, six on-site eateries and room service, access to fitness facilities, bowling, billiards and a game center. In addition, the hotel is located an easy walk to the downtown Bloomington area, the IU Art Museum and Auditorium and other amenities of a world-class university campus and city. The hotel is a non-smoking facility.

Reservations will be made for you by the Center for Studies of Law in Action, and the first night will be guaranteed for late arrival.
Rates for the Indiana Memorial Union lodging:
Single: $99 weekday, $119 weekend
Double: $119 weekday, $149 weekend
Queen Double: $129 weekday, $159 weekend
King: $129 weekday, $159 weekend
Please add 7% sales tax and the hotel charges 5% capital improvement tax.
FEDERAL GOVERNMENT RATES are $89.00 plus tax and the INDIANA STATE GOVERNMENT RATES are $89.00 plus tax. INDIANA STATE GOVERNMENT RATES APPLY TO INDIANA STATE EMPLOYEES ONLY. In order to obtain government rates, you must provide statement on letterhead that you are here on business, signed by your supervisor, preferably ahead of your arrival.
Payment of lodging should be made directly to the Indiana Memorial Union. All major credit cards are honored. Also, checks are acceptable for housing if made out to the Indiana Memorial Union.
