Mary Anderson

Mary Anderson is a Deputy District Attorney from Deschutes County Oregon. She is currently assigned as the team leader to the property crimes team. Since 1994 Ms. Anderson has prosecuted all types of cases from shoplifting to murder and has either offered or cross examined a wide variety of expert witnesses. She has worked closely with Drug Evaluation and Classification program and has successfully argued two Daubert hearings on the program, one in her home state of Oregon and one for the state of Nebraska. Ms. Anderson has instructed prosecutors and law enforcement at the state, local and national level.
