Letter from the Program Coordinator:

Hello, my name is Suz Frederickson and I am the Program Coordinator for the Center for Studies of Law in Action at Indiana University. I joined the Center team in 2007 and I feel privileged to be associated with the Robert F. Borkenstein courses on Alcohol and Highway Safety and DUID – The Effects of Drugs on Human Performance and Behavior. The faculty is delightful to work with and their availability to the RFB course students is unique and valuable.

There is more to the Robert F. Borkenstein course and Indiana University than can be found in the classroom. As an IU alumni and Indiana native, I am proud of our beautiful campus and Bloomington. The city is a wonderful place to visit and the center of town is a few short blocks from the IMU Hotel where the course is held. There is a wide variety of international restaurants to choose from in addition to galleries, shops and a number of live music and performance venues. Bloomington is on several top ten lists of great places to live so you will definitely want to enjoy our city during your visit.
